What is main purpose of business law

They include the fair employment act and the Fair Employment and Treatment Order 1998. Both of these acts were introduced in the late 1990s and are aimed at protecting employees in a number of ways.

The most basic form of fair treatment is to treat your workers fairly. To do this, you must hire the best people for the job. You should also be prepared to pay them what they are worth. Some benefits that you can provide to your employees include medical benefits, overtime compensation, and profit sharing.

A redundancy payment is a form of salary that you can give to your staff in the event that you go out of business. If you are unsure whether your employees are being treated fairly, you should contact your human resources department.
